Boom Clap Games formed in 2015 with the goal to make music focused gaming experiences for mobile and VR. With the help of Microsoft Greenshoots NI they are currently developing “Beat Bugz”, a mobile game that fuses arcade style gameplay with simple music technology.

Boom Clap are a close knit team of hedonistic creatives, with tonnes of experience in music, design and technology.
Producer & Audio Designer
David has been working as freelance game audio designer for 3 years and is also producer for Beat Bugz. He has 5 years experience as a music technology lecturer and has also held roles as a digital artist and digital producer. As an artist he has released many records under multiple pseudonyms and performed across Europe and in the US.
Andrew is responsible for art direction and UX on Beat Bugz. He has over 10 years experience as a professional designer having created work for many high profile clients such as BBC, Channel 4 and Net-A-Porter. He is also an obsessive vinyl record collector and runs his own boutique record label Rudimentary Records.
Kris is an audio programming mastermind. His skill sets include C++, C#, JS, Max, KSP, Unity and he also has experience with writing for audio firmware. He has held roles as audio engineer in studios in Frankfurt Main and is also a highly accomplished music producer and mix engineer.
