As part of this year’s Culture Night in Belfast, we co-organised a one-off ‘Games Night’ event in partnership with NI Screen, Games NI and Farset Labs.
From 3pm to 10pm, we held a gaming frenzy in The Redeemer Central with all sorts of games to play, including early 90s arcade games to more current generation classics. We also featured VR demos as well as DJs, live chiptune artists and also a range of local game developers showing their wares.
Held in The Redeemer Central on Donegall Street, we were in the bustling Cathedral Quarter where over 100,000 attendees of the event enjoyed the music, arts and interactive experiences around the city.
It was a great opportunity for us to organise a gaming centric event, and help out with marketing, video design, and booking entertainment.
The night was a total success and it’s so rewarding to see the people of Belfast come out and get involved and show great interest in gaming culture. We were pleased to see people of all ages from all over the world, all gathered to take part in a large scale gaming event. We can’t wait to be part of more events like this in the future.
We want to say a special thank you to Farset Labs and NI Screen for all their contribution towards the event.
